Hey girl, hey! How about an easy meal prep and menu that is already all figured out for you? We LOVE Home Chef meals and not only because they are simple, but they are also so good! Our box came today and we can’t wait to make all the things.
Wait. I was planning to make this meal when Pam dashed in and took over! I need to know who gave her the directions to my kitchen!

Pam already knows that our family gets three meals each week with four servings each. This is our meal tonight: (Pam had better be heading over to Lucky Chucky’s for dinner!)
Our box also had Pesto Smothered Pork Chops and Pulled Chicken Taquitos for later in the week!

Y’all, all the ingredients are packaged just perfectly and easy enough that Elsa can do it! Pam brought Elsa into the mix… it’s anyone’s guess how this is going to turn out! (Note: if this is your first time here, Elsa is actually Jeremiah, my one of my twin sons. He’s a great sport!)
Maybe we are going to actually have dinner tonight; garlic mincin’ going on right here!
Mozzarella, ricotta, salt and pepper all stirred up! It’s going to be so good.
Elsa and Pam just put a bunch of stuff in the meat. There was Italian seasoning, panko and garlic, much of which actually made it into the bowl! Elsa is trying to help Pam with the recipe, but y’all, it’s like Looney Tunes over here.
Finally, Pam got the meatballs-turned-loaves stuffed with the ricotta mixture and she’s pretty proud of it!

Time for the brocolli!
Pam added salt, pepper and olive oil to the broccoli.
Right when things are going right, they go wrong. Y’all don’t even want to know! But Pam had to get some air freshener after Elsa!
Final touches: marinara sauce on the stove and the meat loaves and broccoli in the oven! Somehow, Pam and Elsa pulled this one off!
And by the way, they also wanted to share the eggs we got from our chicks! They are so small, but so cute! No, not Pam and Elsa, the EGGS!
