Hey y’all, hey! It’s time for a craft challenge!
Judie is my AMAZING assistant, and we decided to do a craft challenge together. Now here’s how a craft challenge goes:
We go live on our Facebook page in Dollar Tree and our friends on our live help us to pick out random things we each have to craft with. Judie goes one way and I go the other, and we select the weirdest stuff we can find. We reveal our supplies on our next live with our friends, and that’s the first time either one of us sees our supplies!
We had to TIME THIS ONE, y’all! We only had an hour!
Judie made this adorable pig and I made road kill, LOL! But seriously, I broke a sweat making this chick!
The first video takes you shopping for our supplies, and the second one is the challenge!
Milton’s Daughter: Debi’s Design Diary DIY Paint: Petticoat Pink
Judie: Cutlery, bandanas, standing frame for her surface, pin cushion, fairy lights and some splash pads!
My items: Whiteboard for my surface, feathers, felt sheets, pipe cleaners, bottle brush and a bonus: a kid’s mask!
Judie’s eye roll says it all. Y’all, I don’t think she’s appreciating this splash pad!… but then there’s this mask I’m supposed to use? My son Wesley actually picked it out, so Judie is off the hook on this one.
We shall title this “Judie and The Splash Pads”
She tried to paint it, but….
Wait! Who said we could have help? Daaaaavvvveee!
It’s starting to be a chicken!
Focus, focus… the clock is ticking!
You know you’re having fun when you snort laugh!
Judie is doing really well!
We have eyes! Y’all know how I struggle with eyes!
And Judie is over here making this bunny! What?!?!?
ONE MINUTE LEFT! Scramble!!!
Y’ALL! I’m so impressed with Judie’s craft! She did a great job! A light up bow? So cute!
Here are the finished challenge projects! This was so much fun!
Here’s the poll we put on the Lizzy and Erin Facebook page. It’s all in fun, so if you missed out you can still comment here on the blog and let us know your favorite! The winner gets bragging rights!
Thanks so much for hanging out with us! It sure was fun. Judie and I appreciate every single one of you!
