How about a kid friendly treat? School is about to start, and these treats are super easy to make. The kids will love them, as long as we don’t eat them all first!
Ingredients:
Here’s what Aunt Criddy used. She also added a banana, but you can use any fruit you’d like. Also you can omit the nuts if needed.
Tortilla Wraps
Banana (Fruit of choice)
Peanut Butter (Any kind or flavor)
Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips Nuts (optional)

Place your tortilla wrap on a surface.
Spread peanut butter on top of the tortilla wrap.
Add the banana, cut up or whole, whichever you prefer.
Sprinkle on the chocolate chips and nuts.
Roll up the tortilla and place in foil or Saran Wrap.
Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes, then slice and serve.
This is a fun recipe to do with your kids
Spread the peanut butter on the tortilla, add the bananas, chocolate chips and nuts, then roll up! Wrap with foil and put in fridge for about 15 minutes.

Aunt Criddy said she was blown away at the peanut butter aisle. “When I was growing up, you grabbed either the Jif, the Skippy or Peter Pan, but now there is cashew butter, honey butter, almond butter, no-salt-added peanut butter and so many others!” She said the jelly aisle just exploded with choices. It was a lot, y’all!
And y’all should know that Aunt Criddy is going cray cray with her roll ups! She said you can make some with Nutella, mini marshmallows and graham crackers. We will be right back, we’ve got a roll up to make! (She had me at Nutella!)
Meanwhile, here is Aunt Criddy making her peanut butter roll up:
After the 15 minute fridge / foil step, you can cut pieces or just eat it like a tortilla. Aunt Criddy said it is so good! Even Ms. Janet liked it!

Oh, and about that cottage cheese recipe from last week: our friends suggested trying it with apple butter. Aunt Criddy said it wouldn’t be her go-to, but it’s ok!

Our friends suggested so many different ways to make your tortilla roll ups! Comment below with your ideas!
