Aunt Criddy loved this recipe from Hello Fresh, and if y’all have been around a bit, you’ll remember that her favorites in all recipes are condiments and sauces. This one is delicious!

Ingredients:
One bag of frozen meatballs
One bag of frozen broccoli (You can substitute green beans or another veggie for the broccoli.)
Rice (Aunt Criddy uses Instant Jasmine Rice)
Sauce Ingredients:
Mayonnaise
Sour Cream
Honey
Sriracha (Aunt Criddy used Tabasco Sweet and Spicy Sauce)
Let’s make it!
Cook meatballs as directed. (Criddy used her air fryer.) Cook broccoli according to directions on bag . Cook rice as directed.
Once cooked, place rice, broccoli and meatballs in a bowl.

To make the sauce: add the following ingredients in a bowl to your taste: Mayonnaise, sour cream, honey and Sriracha sauce. Too spicy? Add more honey. Too sweet? Add more Sriracha. The sauce will be smooth and creamy, and you can make it ahead of time so it can chill.

Add sauce on the top of the meatball dish and enjoy!
