Come hang out while Aunt Criddy makes this easy, but delicious puff pastry with fresh strawberries! It is super easy and sure to please!

Here’s what you’ll need:
1 package of Pepperidge Farms Puff Pastry Shell Sheets
I package fresh strawberries
I tub of Extra Creamy Cool Whip
1 container of Strawberry Glaze
2 tbsp confectionery sugar (optional)
Cook pastry according to directions. (Aunt Criddy uses both sheets.)
Cut each into 6 pieces (12 total) Score 6 of them to make a center for the strawberries.
Cut up the strawberries, add sugar, set aside to marinate.

Mix the strawberry glaze with the strawberries.

Once the pastries are cooked, select a top and a bottom. Using the bottom one that is scored, create a “hole” and place the strawberry mixture there.


Add some whipped cream.

Place the top pastry on the bottom pastry .
Add more strawberry mixture and more Cool Whip.

Optional: add some confectionery sugar on top.

(You can add some balsamic glaze on strawberries before adding the final Cool Whip!)
