This is a great dish to take to a church event, ladies night out or just have as a dessert or as a side dish y’all! Here’s the video and the recipe!
Aunt Criddy says it’s so good!

Pineapple Casserole
2 Cans 20 oz Pineapple ( Crushed, tidbits, or chunks) drained with 1/4 cup juice reserved
3/4 cup sugar
6 TBSP flour
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
2 cups (about 40) Ritz Crackers-crushed
1/2 cup butter (melted)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Drain pineapple, saving 1/4 cup of juice.
In a mixing bowl, add the drained pineapple, sugar, flour, shredded cheese and reserved pineapple juice. Stir well.
Place mixture in a casserole dish.
In another bowl, add the melted butter to the crushed Ritz crackers and mix together. Add to the top of the pineapple mixture in the casserole dish. Place in oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Here are some pix of Aunt Criddy making this delicious recipe!
She added everything except the melted butter and Ritz crackers, then poured the mixture into a casserole dish.

Here she is mixing the crackers and butter and adding it to the top of the mixture. It’s ready for the oven!
