Hey friends! Aunt Criddy is here to make her version of the Magic Cookie bars. She prefers a cookie, and girl, these are delicious and rich! You can substitute your favorite chocolate morsels, nuts and even add dried fruit like cranberries to make it your own.
Watch the video below to get lots of ideas on how you might change the recipe up a bit!
Let’s make it!
Ingredients:
4 graham crackers, crushed (Aunt Criddy used a sandwich bag to crush her graham crackers in)
1 1/2 cups coconut flakes
1 1/2 cups cashews (or your favorite nuts)
3/4 cup chocolate chips (Aunt Criddy used milk chocolate chips)
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside. You can also use wax paper or a silicone sheet.
Aunt Criddy is adding the dry ingredients to a bowl and will stir them together.

Pour the condensed milk over all the dry ingredients and stir.

Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto the lined cookie sheet, making sure to leave a little room in between each one. The condensed milk may cause the mixture to spread while baking.

Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Let the cookies stand for 10 minutes to allow the condensed milk to harden.
The cookies will be golden brown on the edges and gooey in the middle.

Enjoy!
